How booking works

Three steps from searching to your child’s first lesson.

  1. Step 1: Find a tutor

Search by subject and level. Read each tutor’s profile, qualifications, checks and reviews before you choose.

  2. Step 2: Book and pay

Pick a two-hour slot from the tutor’s calendar. We hold your payment until the lesson has been taught.

  3. Step 3: Learn in the classroom

Join the video lesson from a browser. Afterwards the tutor writes a summary you can read in your account.

Ene, the AI tutor for the questions between lessons

When homework gets stuck at 10pm, your child can ask Ene. It answers homework questions and explains ideas step by step.

  • Type a question, talk it through, or work on the whiteboard.
  • Parents can read their child’s conversations with Ene.
  • Paid for with AI credits, separate from your wallet. Credits do not expire.
Ask Ene
An example of the kind of question students ask Ene, written for this page. Not a real conversation.
  1. Student: How do I solve 3x + 5 = 20? I keep getting it wrong.

  2. Ene: Let’s do it one step at a time. What could you take away from both sides to leave 3x on its own?

  3. Student: Take away 5, so 3x = 15.

  4. Ene: Exactly. Now divide both sides by 3. What is x? Then put it back in to check: 3 × 5 + 5.

You can see everything your child does

Your child gets their own login. You get a parent account that shows you all of it.
