We write things down and ship, rather than meeting for the sake of it.Long stretches of focus.
Most of the week is kept free for moving the product forward.You touch production early.
If you can ship something useful in your first week, we would rather you ship it.You own outcomes, not tickets.
What matters is what shipped and what it changed.
What we don’t do
No coding tests for senior roles: show us a public portfolio or a write-up instead. Your second conversation is with the person you would actually work with. And no unpaid trial weeks: if we want to see you work, we pay you.
