Where your money goes
We hold your payment, through Stripe, until the lesson has been taught. If a lesson does not go ahead, or you report a problem from the lesson, our team reviews it and refunds you.
Lesson recordings are coming soon
Lessons are not recorded today. When recordings are ready, you will be able to watch a lesson back.
AI credits for Ene
Buy a bundle once and use it whenever you like. Credits are separate from your wallet and do not expire.

How much does a lesson cost?
Each tutor sets their own hourly rate, and you see it on their profile and on every tutor card before you book. Lessons are two hours long. Some tutors also offer packages of several lessons, priced on their profile.
When do I pay, and when does the tutor get paid?
You pay when you book. We hold the payment until the lesson has been taught. Afterwards you can confirm the lesson or report a problem; the tutor is paid when you confirm, or when the time to report has passed. If a lesson does not go ahead, or you report a problem, our team reviews it and refunds the full price to your Tutorviq wallet when it is owed.
Can two of my children share a lesson?
Yes, with tutors who offer a package for two children. You choose shared or separate lessons when you book, and the price is the one the tutor has set for that package.
What are AI credits?
Credits pay for sessions with Ene, our AI tutor, by chat, voice or on the whiteboard. They are separate from the money in your wallet, you buy them in bundles, and they do not expire.
Which currency will I pay in?
Accounts in the UK pay in pounds through Stripe. Accounts everywhere else pay in naira through Paystack. Your currency is set from the country on your account.
Do you have mock exams?
Mock exams for GCSE and A-Level are planned. More boards are coming after that.
